Crown Block for Oil Drilling Rig

Crown block consist of crown block frame, sheaves unite and auxiliary sheaves.

Series crown blocks conform to API Spec 4F and Spec 8A , and are granted the right to use API monogram.

Conform to industry standard SY/T5527.

Sheave grooves are heat quenched to provide good abrasion resistance and long service life.

Rope bar and rope barrier are provided to prevent the wire rope from crossing or tailing out of the sheave grooves.

Wooden buffer device is provided.

Lifting frame for maintaining sheaves assembly is provided.

Sand sheaves and auxiliary sheaves assembly are provided.

Crown block sheaves and travelling block sheaves are interchangeable.
